FAQ, SHIPPING, RETURNS

For domestic (USA) orders :

• All orders under 1lb will be shipped using USPS First Class Mail (3-5 business days).
• Orders 1-5lb will be shipped using USPS Parcel Select (5-8 business days).
• For 5lb or more orders will be automatically shipped using USPS Priority Shipping (1-3 business days).

For shipping upgrade : 

• USPS Priority Shipping (1-3 business days) will be calculated at checkout, depending on the shipping zone.
• USPS Priority Express (1 business day) will be calculated at checkout, depending on the shipping zone.

 

For international orders :

• All orders between 1-5lb will be shipped using USPS First Class International (8-14 business days)

For shipping upgrade:

• USPS Priority International (6-10 business days) will be calculated at checkout, depending on the shipping zone.
• USPS Priority Express (3-5 business days) will be calculated at checkout, depending on the shipping zone.

RETURNS

Free returns applied for orders with defect or wrong item sent. If you ordered personalized item but customization was incorrect please reach out for customer support from contact page, we will send you replacement for your order.
